How Do I Login as a Customer?

To properly manage your customer accounts, there may be times when you need to login to a customer account. This allows you to see their data exactly as they would view it.


1. To login to a customer account

Go to Reseller > Customers



2. Click on the yellow lock button.

The customer account will pop up in a new tab.


Once you're signed it, you can take a look at the account as it appears to the customer. This will make problem solving a lot easier.
